Shipping & Handling (Standard Ground) Charges are for each address. Rates are for 48 states. Others charged actual rates.
All orders for in-stock items will be shipped promptly, and an e-mail confirmation will be sent within 24 hours when your order is received. For this reason, please provide an accurate and up-to-date email address when completing your order.
We ship via UPS and USPS to the 48 states, which requires a street address. UPS will not ship to a PO Box.
Second Day Air or Overnight Service is provided at the actual shipping charge.
Outside the 48 states the customer will be charged the actual shipping charges after the order is packed and weighed. We compare both the US Postal Service and UPS for best possible rates.
Regarding Drop Shipments:
Special Handling of Undeliverable Packages; Refused Packages Returned: Domestic packages refused by the consignee, or which can not be delivered due to any other cause will be returned to the shipper at the Customer's expense.
Returns Policy
Our goal is to make an exchange or refund as easy as possible: All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order. All merchandise being returned must be like new, free of any damage or defect. Please be sure to pack carefully and insure anything that can be damaged.
Damaged items can not be accepted for credit.
If you desire a refund, your credit card will be adjusted for the amount of the returned item plus applicable sales tax. Shipping charges will be credited in the case of defective or damaged merchandise only if there was an error in filling your order.
Should you desire new replacement in the case of defective or damaged merchandise, shipping charges will be waived on your replacement order.
